Welcome to Poppy & Lily, a family-run pet boutique, gift shop and dog grooming salon in the heart of La Alfoquia, Almería.
Inspired by our love of animals and creativity, we've created a welcoming space where pets and their owners can find quality pet food, natural treats, accessories, handmade gifts and friendly, professional dog grooming.
Our shop is named after our much-loved dogs, Poppy and Lily, and is inspired by our whole animal family—Poppy, Lily, Clover, Lucky, Dotty and Doodle—who remind us every day why animal welfare is at the heart of everything we do.
Whether you're visiting for your pet, a unique gift or one of our creative workshops, you'll always receive a warm welcome.

Our professional dog groomer, Cheryl, provides calm, one-to-one grooming with your dog's comfort and wellbeing at the heart of every visit. We also host fun and creative workshops throughout the year, giving our community a place to relax, create and make new friends.

Welcome to Poppy & Lily. By using our website, booking our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Dog Grooming

Grooming is by appointment only.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and be free from contagious illnesses.

Please let us know if your dog has any medical conditions, behavioural concerns or special requirements before their appointment.

Every dog's welfare is our priority. If we believe grooming would cause unnecessary stress or discomfort, we may stop the groom and discuss the best options with you.

Additional charges may apply for heavily matted coats, extra time, fleas or behaviour that requires additional handling.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop a groom if it is in the best interests of your dog's welfare or the safety of our staff.
Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Missed appointments or repeated late cancellations may require a booking deposit for future appointments.
Products

We carefully select all products sold in our shop.

If you have any questions about ingredients or suitability, please ask a member of our team before purchasing.

Products should be used according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Returns

Unused products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, pet food, treats, grooming products and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Workshops

Workshop places must be booked in advance.

Payment may be required to secure your place.

If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds or transfers will be considered at our discretion.
